1Definitions & Interpretation

In these fly88 Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined below, unless the context requires otherwise:

Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3Member Account

Once registration is complete, you will have an active fly88 account. The following responsibilities and rules apply to the management of your account:

You are solely responsible for keeping your fly88 username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. fly88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of login information by the account holder.

4Deposits & Payments

Fly88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, via approved local Malaysian payment methods. The following are important details regarding deposits on the fly88 platform:

Fly88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond fly88's control.

• Only payment methods registered in your name are permitted. Deposits made using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• fly88 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method for verification purposes prior to processing any deposit or withdrawal.
• If a deposit has not been credited to your fly88 account within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.

5Withdrawal of Funds

Fly88 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50, and processing times are typically within 24 business hours, depending on the chosen payment method.

• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit (same-source funds principle).
• Accounts that have not completed full identity verification (KYC) may experience delays or withdrawal restrictions until the verification process is finalised.
• fly88 reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 5 business days for security review purposes in cases where fraud or abnormal activity is suspected.
• Withdrawals involving bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• fly88 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, transaction limits imposed by the respective payment providers may affect the actual amount received.

6Bonus & Promotions

Fly88 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.

• The fly88 Welcome Bonus is exclusively for new members and may only be claimed once per account. The wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotional terms.

• All game outcomes are final once a round is completed. No appeals can be made against results that have been correctly recorded by the fly88 system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, fly88 will refer to system records to determine a fair outcome for any affected bets.
• fly88's RNG (Random Number Generator) system has been verified and certified by an independent third-party auditing body. All games are fair and cannot be manipulated.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed in the game interface and are subject to change based on operational requirements.
• For live Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are final and will not change once the bet has been confirmed by the system.

8Prohibited Activities

9Account Suspension & Closure

Fly88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account under certain circumstances. The following are situations that may lead to such action:

• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age or has provided false information during registration.
